Unless specifically identified as a fine-art print or hand-embellished giclée, each available artwork is an original work by Mark Richardson. The artwork’s classification will be clearly stated on its product page.

Yes. Every original artwork and limited-edition fine-art print includes a Certificate of Authenticity issued by My Sista In-Law Fine Arts.

Yes. Due to the original, limited-edition, and collectible nature of the artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference changes, size concerns, or differences in color caused by individual screen settings. Please review the artwork description, dimensions, photographs, and acquisition details carefully before purchasing. Our studio is available to answer questions before your order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately. Once an artwork has been prepared, packaged, scheduled for delivery, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Any cancellation approved before fulfillment is at the studio’s discretion and may be subject to nonrefundable processing or preparation costs.

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysistainlawfinearts.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, exterior packaging, interior packaging, and shipping label. Keep all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. Eligible damage claims will be addressed through repair, replacement when possible, or another appropriate resolution. Do not return artwork without written authorization from the studio.

Most eligible orders are delivered within approximately 5–8 business days after shipment. Original artworks may require additional time for professional preparation, protective packaging, insurance, or freight coordination. Any extended fulfillment timeline will be communicated before shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination.

Complimentary shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $1,500 or more. Oversized, unusually heavy, sculptural, or freight-required works may require a separate shipping quote. Additional charges may also apply to Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, white-glove delivery, and installation. Any applicable costs will be confirmed before fulfillment.

Shipping insurance is arranged when indicated in the artwork listing or confirmed by the studio during fulfillment. Coverage and delivery requirements may vary according to the artwork’s value, dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier. A signature may be required upon delivery.

International shipping may be available by request. Contact the studio before purchasing so we can confirm packaging, insurance, carrier availability, and shipping costs. The collector is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and destination-country fees.

Applicable sales tax is included in the displayed price when required. The amount included may appear separately during checkout for reporting purposes, but it will not be added above the listed tax-inclusive price unless otherwise stated.

We accept major credit cards and the payment options displayed during checkout, which may include Shop Pay, PayPal, and Affirm. For qualified acquisitions, the studio may also offer ACH payment or a structured payment arrangement. Contact us before purchasing to discuss available options.

Yes. Additional photographs, close-up details, scale references, or a video consultation may be requested before purchase. Because screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance, these materials are provided to help collectors evaluate the artwork more closely.

Framing is included only when specifically stated in the artwork description. If a work is offered unframed, the studio may be able to provide framing guidance or a separate professional framing quote.

Private viewings may be available by appointment for serious collectors, designers, institutions, and corporate buyers. Submit a request through the Contact page with the artwork or type of work you are interested in viewing.
