Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All sales are considered final once a purchase has been completed.

Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, orders may not be canceled after payment has been processed. Each piece is prepared, reserved, or removed from availability upon purchase.

For purchases made using installment or financing options (including Affirm or similar services), cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial transaction. After this period, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, any applicable processing fees or non-refundable transaction costs may be deducted from the refund.

Once an order has entered the preparation, packaging, or shipping stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

In the event of damage during shipping or a verified issue with the artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation so we can assist you.
